One of the highlights of the event was the formal introduction of FilHR’s 2025–2027 Board of Directors, led by Chair Felicito Hernandez, alongside board members Sheryll Bacay, Jessie Quintilla, Robie Gonzales, and Sheila Enriquez. The assembly also marked the presentation of the newly appointed Executive Committee, headed by President Armilee Sastrillo, together with Vice President – Strategy Ferdinand Tan and Vice President – Operations Eunice Biteng.

Supporting the leadership team are Mary Ann Andaya for Career Development, Fritzi Mary Ortega for Membership & Engagement, Neil Fritz Gonzaga for Marketing & Communications, Ann Camille Pico for Internal & External Affairs, and Ma. Louwenn Tantiangco for Finance & Administration.

During the event, FilHR unveiled its 2025–2027 Calendar of Activities, designed to strengthen professional development, industry collaboration, and community engagement. Upcoming initiatives include the Tara, HR Tayo! learning series covering talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and people development, as well as major events such as HR Clinic: Future Ready HR in October 2026.

The calendar also features CSR initiatives, sports and wellness activities, and the FilHR Kwentuhan Series, which will tackle labour laws, workplace trends, and leadership discussions throughout 2027.

The General Assembly also welcomed new affiliates, reflecting FilHR’s continued growth and commitment to building a connected and empowered HR community across the UAE.
