What started as a vision to create a support network for Filipino HR practitioners evolved into one of the longest running non profit Filipino HR organizations in the UAE. Over the past 15 years, FILHR has played a vital role in the professional growth of more than 1,200 HR professionals through learning sessions, leadership programs, job fairs, networking events, and community initiatives.

The celebration, held at Dusit Thani Dubai, brought together members, partners, and industry leaders for an evening of recognition, connection, and gratitude. With the theme “Beyond Vision, Shaping Leaders, Creating Impact,” the event highlighted FILHR’s continued commitment to developing future HR leaders while creating meaningful contributions to both organizations and the wider community.

Beyond professional development, FILHR has also fostered collaboration, mentorship, and social responsibility among its members. Many professionals who once joined as participants have since become business leaders, entrepreneurs, and mentors within the HR industry.
