As HR professionals, it is essential for us not just to be involved in our colleagues’ mental health, but it is essential that we take care of ourselves first before we can take care of others. At FILHR, we host activities that promote well-being. Participating in social causes, engaging in sports, attending mental health awareness seminars, and belonging to a community where members support each other are a few of these activities.
