Managing the HR function in an organization requires the use of many skills, including the ability to manage yourself, manage others, and the ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively. This programme will enable HR professionals to understand how to get employees on "The Road to High Performance" and to help keep them there!
Florendo has more than 8 years of work experience in the HR field. His career started back in the Philippines where he was involved in the development of the Sourcing Department in a contact centre. In 2006, he relocated to the UAE and for two years, he worked for an airline as a cabin crew. As HR is his real passion, he decided to go back to recruitment and joined Manpower in 2007 as a Recruitment Consultant. And beginning of 2011, due to his continuous success in the company and, consistent and commendable work ethics, he was promoted to a Team Leader role. Recently, he has been promoted to an HR Manager role.
Some of his achievements in the company include:
• Ranked 2nd Top Recruitment Consultant of Manpower/Clarendon Parker across the Middle East region for 2009
• Ranked Top Recruitment Consultant of Manpower across Middle East region for 2010
In his current function, he is heading the HR Department of Manpower Group Middle East.
